These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tres Dados Tequila website and all purchases made through it. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you and the person accepting delivery are 21 years of age or older.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance. We comply with California Civil Code §1749.5 regarding gift cards (cash redemption available for balances under $15).

Shipping & Alcohol Delivery Compliance (AB 1810)

We ship alcohol only where legally permitted and fully comply with California Alcoholic Beverage Control laws, including Assembly Bill 1810 (AB 1810). Every shipment includes the required labeling:

“CONTAINS ALCOHOL: SIGNATURE OF PERSON AGE 21 YEARS OR OLDER REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY”

An adult signature (21+) and valid photo ID are required upon delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California and federal law, Tres Dados Tequila shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

 

The "Stacked Dice" bottle design and the Tres Dados logo are symbols of our heritage and hard work. They are protected under the law. Respect the craft—don’t bootleg the brand.
