2. Gamble with your Money, Not your Safety Tres Dados represents victory and confidence, but never at the cost of your well-being. Please drink responsibly. Our products are meant to be savored, not abused. Never drink and drive—always keep your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the next move.

3. Sales & Shipping We roll by the book. All sales are subject to local and state regulations (including OHLQ standards). Due to the nature of our 100% Blue Weber Agave spirits, all sales are final. We partner with licensed retail agents to ensure every bottle of Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo reaches you legally and safely.

4. Intellectual Property The "Stacked Dice" bottle design and the Tres Dados logo are symbols of our heritage and hard work. They are protected under the law. Respect the craft—don’t bootleg the brand.
