Purchase Terms & Commitment

An Uncompromising Standard. At Tres Dados, every bottle is a work of architectural art and a testament to 100% Blue Weber Agave excellence. To maintain the prestige and safety of our spirits, we adhere to an uncompromising policy: All acquisitions are final.

1. The Integrity of the Spirit

Our commitment to our patrons is to provide a product of pristine provenance. In accordance with Ohio Division of Liquor Control (OHLQ) regulations and global luxury standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a bottle has left our licensed fulfillment centers. This ensures that every Tres Dados bottle in your collection has remained under our strict quality control until the moment it reaches your hands.

2. Logistics & Delivery

As a provider of premium spirits, we strictly follow federal and state shipping mandates:

  • Signature Requirement: In compliance with the law, an adult (21+) must be present to provide a valid government-issued ID and signature upon delivery.

  • Undeliverable Shipments: Should a shipment be returned to our vault due to the absence of an authorized adult, the patron will be responsible for the costs associated with the secondary white-glove delivery.​

3. Shipping Inquiries & Damages

The Tres Dados "Vault" packaging is engineered to protect our custom dice-stacked glassware during transit. However, should your order arrive with structural damage:

  • Please document the condition of the packaging and bottle immediately.

  • Submit high-resolution imagery to concierge@tresdadostequila.com within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Upon verification, our concierge team will expedite a replacement to ensure your collection remains complete.

4. A Note on Craftsmanship

Because our bottles are custom-molded glass, minor variations in the finish are a mark of the artisan process and are not considered defects. These nuances make your specific "Roll" unique to you.
