In accordance with regulations and global luxury standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a bottle has left our licensed fulfillment centers. Shipping Inquiries & Damages

The Tres Dados "Vault" packaging is engineered to protect our custom dice-stacked glassware during transit. However, should your order arrive with structural damage:

• Please document the condition of the packaging and bottle immediately.

• Submit high-resolution imagery to concierge@tresdadostequila.com within 24 hours of receipt.

• Upon verification, our concierge team will expedite a replacement to ensure your collection remains complete.

A Note on Craftsmanship

Because our bottles are custom-molded glass, minor variations in the finish are a mark of the artisan process and are not considered defects. These nuances make your specific "Roll" unique to you.
