1. The Golden Rule: 21+ ONLY

This Site is a restricted space. In accordance with Ohio Revised Code and federal law, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to access this Site, purchase our products, or engage with our brand.

2. Respect the Craft (Intellectual Property)

Every bottle of Tres Dados is a masterpiece. The unique triple-stacked dice bottle design, our logos, "Gamble with your money, not with your taste," and all content on this site are the exclusive property of Tres Dados Tequila Company.

  • The Code: You may not copy, reproduce, or "bootleg" our designs, trademarks, or content for commercial use without our written consent.

3. Sales and Ohio Compliance

Tres Dados follows the laws of the Ohio Division of Liquor Control (OHLQ).

  • Retail Sales: High-proof spirits in Ohio are sold on consignment through OHLQ Contract Liquor Agencies. When you "Buy Online" via our links, you are often being directed to a licensed third-party retailer.

  • Shipping: Per Ohio law, spirituous liquor cannot be shipped via standard USPS mail. All deliveries must be handled by authorized couriers and require a signature from an adult (21+) with a valid government-issued ID.

  • Returns: Under Ohio law, alcohol sales are generally final. Once a bottle leaves the licensed premises, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and tampering regulations.

4. No Shortcuts (Prohibited Use)

You agree not to use this Site for any "foul play," including:

  • Attempting to buy alcohol for minors.

  • Using the Site to harass, defame, or intimidate the brotherhood.

  • Scouring our site with bots or automated "crawlers" to scrape our legacy data.
