Complimentary Shipping on Orders of $200 or More Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all qualifying orders of $200 or more within the continental United States. Orders under $200 will incur shipping charges calculated at checkout. Applicable state and local taxes are calculated and displayed before your purchase is completed.

Shipping Within the United States Tres Dados Tequila ships throughout the United States where permitted by law.

Orders of $200 or more receive complimentary standard shipping.

Applicable state and local sales taxes are automatically calculated based on the delivery address.
All deliveries require the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older.
Availability varies by state and local alcohol laws.

The Golden Rule: 21+ ONLY

Tres Dados Tequila ships alcohol only to states and jurisdictions where such shipments are legally permitted and in full compliance with California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) regulations.

Shipping Timelines

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout where permitted.

Adult Signature Requirement (California AB 1810)

All alcohol shipments require an adult signature. Packages are labeled as follows:

“CONTAINS ALCOHOL: SIGNATURE OF PERSON AGE 21 YEARS OR OLDER REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY”

The recipient must present valid government-issued photo identification proving they are at least 21 years of age at delivery.

California-Specific Requirements

We comply with all direct-to-consumer shipping permits and reporting requirements.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any prohibited locations.
Customers must provide a valid physical address where an adult 21+ can accept delivery.

Risk of Loss & Proposition 65

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. California Proposition 65 Warning: Drinking distilled spirits, beer, coolers, wine and other alcoholic beverages may increase cancer risk, and, during pregnancy, can cause birth defects.
