We believe alcohol e‑commerce should feel like modern shopping: simple, transparent, and built to operate within the law.

We support a “Fourth Tier” model—a compliant online layer that empowers licensed retailers and modern digital storefronts to serve today’s consumers legally, without compromising compliance or the customer experience.

Privacy Policy - the basics

  • 21+ only. Adult signature + valid ID may be required at delivery.

  • Retailer-fulfilled. Alcohol is sold and shipped by duly licensed retailers via Flaviar Checkout.

  • Where we ship varies. Availability depends on the retailer and your state laws—checkout shows eligibility.

  • No PO boxes / military bases / forwarding. Restricted addresses can’t receive alcohol shipments.

  • Typical timing: 1–2 business days processing + 3–15 business days transit (varies).

  • Final sale. No returns/exchanges except where required by law or for verified damage/missing items.

  • Ohio note: Ohio is a control state; some addresses may be ineligible for spirits delivery.

  • Sold and shipped by duly licensed alcohol retailers

Tres Dados Tequila Company is not a beverage alcohol retailer and is not the seller of record for alcohol orders placed through Flaviar Checkout. The fulfilling licensed retailer is responsible for the alcohol sale and shipment.
