• Tres Dados Tequila offers a limited 3-day return window on eligible purchases.

• Eligibility

• You have three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return authorization. All products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all seals intact and original packaging undamaged.

• All returns require prior written approval. Email info@tresdadostequila.com within the 3-day window with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Non-Returnable Items

• The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

• Any opened bottles or alcohol products

• All gift cards (per California Civil Code §1749.5)

• Custom or personalized orders

• All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
