Tres Dados Tequila offers a limited 3-day return window on eligible purchases.

Eligibility

You have three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return authorization. All products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all seals intact and original packaging undamaged.

Process

All returns require prior written approval. Email info@tresdadostequila.com within the 3-day window with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Ohio customers can pre-order now, with fulfillment expected during the December 2026 holiday season—before our Ohio retail store debut.
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order and tracking information when your bottle ships. December fulfillment is an estimate; we will keep you informed of any changes to your order’s expected shipping date.
Coming to Ohio Stores April 1, 2027
Tres Dados Tequila has received Ohio approval and will debut in participating authorized Ohio liquor stores on April 1, 2027.
You don’t have to wait until April to reserve your bottle. Ohio pre-orders are open now for expected holiday fulfillment.
Shipping & Delivery
Complimentary standard shipping on orders of $200 or more.
Shipping charges for orders under $200 are calculated at checkout.
Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.
All alcohol deliveries require the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older and valid government-issued photo identification.
A physical delivery address is required. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Outside Ohio, availability varies by destination and applicable alcohol shipping laws.
