Point + Pair Paloma

Point + Pair 2.5.2 Blanco  | 82.6 Proof

Crisp, citrus-forward, and built for easy wins. This elevated Paloma captures the unaged purity and peppery kick of the 2.5.2 — the roll that says you’re in control before the game even starts.

Ingredients (serves 1)

 

2 oz Point + Pair 2.5.2 Blanco

¾ oz fresh lime juice

½ oz agave syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

3–4 oz grapefruit soda (chilled)

Pinch of sea salt

Garnish: lime wheel + Tajín or chili-lime rim

 

Method

Rim a highball glass with Tajín (or salt).

Add Blanco, lime juice, agave (if using), and salt to a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 8 seconds.

Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Top with grapefruit soda.

Garnish with lime wheel.

Big “6” 4.6.4 Añejo | 88.4 Proof

Rich, complex, and bold — this is the cocktail for the closer. Caramelized agave and spice meet classic Manhattan depth for a drink that screams “I own the table.”

Ingredients (serves 1)

 

2 oz Big “6” 4.6.4 Añejo

1 oz sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica recommended)

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Garnish: Luxardo cherry + expressed orange peel

 

Method

Stir tequila, vermouth, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice for 20–25 seconds.

Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.

Garnish with cherry and orange twist.

The Trips 5.5.5 Reposado brings vanilla, toasted oak, light caramel, and rich agave forward, making it the perfect base for an elevated, crowd-pleasing Margarita that feels like victory in a glass.

Ingredients (serves 1)

 

2 oz Trips 5.5.5 Reposado

1 oz fresh lime juice

¾ oz orange liqueur (Grand Marnier or Cointreau recommended)

½ oz agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Garnish: lime wheel + subtle Tajín or salt rim + one of your dice-shaped shot glasses for a “side bet” shot

 

Method

Rim a rocks glass or coupe with Tajín/salt (optional).

Add Reposado, lime juice, orange liqueur, and agave syrup to a shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10–12 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice (or straight up if preferred).

Garnish with a lime wheel. Serve a small “side bet” pour in a Tres Dados dice glass for extra fun.
