First-Time Player Guide & Standard Rules.
Cee-Lo is a fast-moving three-dice game played for money or chips. Every roll has a clear outcome. You will either win immediately, lose immediately, or set a Point that other players must beat. Once the dice stop rolling, the result stands.
⸻
What You Need
• Three six-sided dice
• Two or more players
• Money or chips
• Optional Bank player
All players agree on the wager before any dice are rolled.

• Bank determines rules.
⸻
How a Round Works
1. Bets are placed.
All players put in the agreed amount or place bets against the Bank.
2. The shooter rolls.
One player rolls all three dice at the same time.
3. The roll determines the outcome.
The dice will fall into one of the categories explained below.
4. Money is settled immediately.
The winner collects the pot or is paid by the Bank.
5. Next roll.
The winner becomes the next shooter unless Bank rules apply.
⸻
Understanding the Dice Results
Trips (Triples) — Automatic Win
Trips are three dice showing the same number.
Examples:
• 5-5-5 (Trips 555) — Automatic Win
• 6-6-6, 4-4-4, and all other triples
All Trips win automatically. Higher Trips beat lower Trips. Trips beat every other roll, including Big "6".
⸻
Big "6" (4-6-4) — Automatic Win
• Any double number, with a "6" wins

Rolling 4-5-6 is an automatic win.
• Beats all Point hands
• Loses only to Trips
⸻
Points + Pair
A Point is any roll with a pair and one different number.
• The single die is the Point
• Example: 3-3-5 = Point 5
After a Point is set, the other player(s) roll to beat it. The higher Point wins.
⸻
Bust (1-2-3) — Automatic Loss
Rolling 1-2-3 is called a Bust.
• Shooter loses immediately
• Common rule requires the shooter to pay the pot or double the bet
• No rerolls
⸻
No Point
Any roll that does not qualify as Trips, Big "6", Point, or Bust.
• Shooter rerolls until a valid result appears
• Some games limit rerolls (decide before play)
⸻
Bank Rules (Optional)
• Players bet against the Bank, not each other
• The Bank rolls last
• Ties usually go to the Bank
• The Bank must have enough money to cover all bets
⸻
Quick Street Guide
• Automatic Wins: Trips (including 5-5-5), Big "6"(4-6-4), Cee-Lo (4-5-6)
• Automatic Loss: Bust (1-2-3)
• Points: Pair + single; higher Point wins
⸻
First-Time Player Tips
• Confirm the bet before rolling
• Roll all three dice together
• Keep the dice visible on the table
• Clearly announce your roll
• Pay or collect immediately
⸻
